IMPORTANT NOTICES

• All vehicles operated or parked on University premises must be registered with the University Police Department and a valid permit must be visibly displayed.
• Permits for students, faculty and staff may be purchased in person at the Cashier windows in the McDowell Administration Building.  Permits are also available online through MyLeo click here.

COST OF PERMITS

• Enrolled students, faculty and staff of Texas A&M University must purchase permits to park on the Commerce campus.  The cost for permits will be $80 for all student and faculty/staff permits in Fall 2024 except for Prairie Crossing residents.  Permits for Prairie Crossing will be $120 for 2024-2025.  Annual permits will expire August 31, 2025.
• The University will also offer monthly parking permits at the cost of $10 per month.
