East Texas A&M Campus Mail Services processes and delivers U.S. Postal mail and internal campus mail. We offer several USPS services, such as parcel shipping, certified mail, and express mail. Facilities Management and Support Services, managed by SSC through a contract with the Texas A&M University System, provides maintenance services to educational and administrative buildings on the East Texas A&M University campus. Services include building maintenance, plumbing and electrical service, preventive maintenance, and routine housekeeping services.
Facilities Management also handles the issuance of keys through Key Control for classrooms, individual buildings, laboratory facilities, and offices.

Dining Services, in partnership with Sodexo, offers a variety of dining options on campus. A selection of different foods is available in the Dining Room, Chick-Fil-A, and the Lion’s Lair Mobile Ordering located on the first floor of the Rayburn Student Center. Additionally, snacks, Starbucks, and dining are available at the Velma K. Waters Library. For menus, hours of operation, meal plan information, catering services, gifts, and more, visit the Dining Services website.

The Lion Card Office provides official identification for East Texas A&M University. The Lion Card can be obtained as a physical or digital card only, and the account associated with the card is called Lion Cash. Lion Cards are available to all faculty currently employed by the university. Faculty use their Lion Cards to gain access to several different areas on campus, including faculty staff meal plans, retail dining, classroom access where card swipes are provided, special events, and the Morris Recreational Center with a paid membership.
In addition, Lion Cards allow faculty to take advantage of the many services offered by the Velma K. Waters Library. Lion Cards are available in the Lion Card Office in the Halladay Student Services Building, Suite 104. Normal office hours for the Lion Card Office are Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. While the first Lion Card is free, replacement cards are available for a nominal fee. Currently the replacement fee is $10.
Lion Cash is a debit account that allows faculty to access university bookstores, dining centers, computer labs, and vending. All Lion Cards have an activated Lion Cash account. Deposits for Lion Cash can be made online or via one of several campus locations.

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness (IE) leads and directs the university's institutional effectiveness program. The department’s chief responsibilities include: (a) assisting colleges in efforts to assess and improve student learning, (b) assisting support units in efforts to assess their goals and improve operations, (c) supporting institutional effectiveness efforts across the university, and (d) supporting the university’s accreditation.
IE provides leadership in the university’s effort to organize and manage the analysis, interpretation, and reporting of relevant data and information used in the university’s IE documentation. With the provost's authorization, IE also works with and provides guidance to faculty members when proposals are submitted to The Texas A&M System Office (A&M System), Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB), and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). IE collaborates with many other university offices across the campus in addition to collaborating with administrators at its off-campus locations.

Institutional Research (IR) supports the ongoing process of collecting, analyzing, reporting and warehousing quantitative and qualitative data. IR provides information to external constituents such as Department of Education (IPEDS, NCES), Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB), Texas A&M System as well as supporting university decision-making through a variety of data gathering, analyzing and reporting projects. IR works with offices and individuals internally and externally to meet the mandate data needs to ensure our institution is in compliance with federal, state and system regulations.

The goal of the Travel Office is to process travel reimbursement requests from employees and invoices from vendors in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with the state of Texas Travel Allowance Guide, Texas A&M Disbursement Manual, Texas Building and Procurement Commission guidelines and East Texas A&M Policies and Procedures.
