The East Texas A&M University Employee Wellness Program is designed to enhance the holistic well-being of our faculty and staff. We provide education, services, and support to empower individuals to live healthy and sustainable lifestyles.

Emotional Wellness: Maintaining a healthy emotional lifestyle. Manage stress levels, get enough sleep, and ask for help when needed.
