Hiring a Student Worker

FEDERAL & STATE WORK STUDY: All work study positions MUST be posted on HireaLion, powered by Handshake, at www.hirealion.com.

Any department on campus can hire work study students. There is no limit to how many students you can hire as long as the students have meaningful work to complete.

Don't have the budget to pay student workers, but have plenty of projects to complete? Hire a Work Study student! Did you know that when you hire a work study student that they are paid through a federal financial aid program and NOT from your budget?
