Notice: Starting Sept 1, 2024, Alumni will be charged $8 per transcript

There are two ways to order an official transcript, through MyLeo for current students or by ordering online - for alumni.

MyLeo Portal (current students)

Current students can order transcripts through their MyLeo portal:

1. Log in
2. Click on the Student Resources tab
3. Under Student Information, click "Order Official Transcript"

Students who have a hold preventing them from obtaining an Official Transcript should select "Academic Transcript (Advising/Unofficial Only)"

Order Online (alumni)

Alumni can order official transcripts directly online through Parchment, the authorized provider of East Texas A&M University transcripts.

Alumni who have a fiscal hold preventing them from obtaining an Official Transcript should contact cashiers@etamu.edu  for information.
