All deadlines are by midnight Central Standard Time (UTC/GMT -6 hours).
Preparing your submission:
For submissions of papers, posters (non-panel), and workshops, each entry requires author information, a title, an abstract with a maximum of 250 words, and optional references and examples, each limited to 200 words.
For the submission of poster panels, please prepare a document that includes a list of each author, along with the corresponding title and abstract for each paper in your panel.
Recording Presentations - If you are presenting a paper or workshop, you will be asked if we can record your session for the purpose of sharing it publicly on our HRC YouTube channel (youtube.com/@hrctamuc) after the conference. Declining to be recorded will not affect the consideration of your proposal for the conference. Please note that all poster presentations are recorded by default; if you do not wish to be recorded, please refrain from submitting a poster.
Before submitting, please review the "Call for Papers" section below.
Papers in any academic discipline are welcome. Non-academic presentations and commercial presentations/demonstrations should be submitted as workshops.
The submission of abstracts is now open. You can submit abstracts for full papers, posters, poster panels, and workshops. Details on each provided below. You are allowed one first authored submission and one non-first authored submission.
