The 2024 Conference of the International Society for Humor Studies (ISHS 34) was hosted online by East Texas A&M University from April 19-21, 2024 concurrently with the 14th Humor Research Conference (HRC 14). There were nearly 200 in attendance, 17 poster presentations, 82 papers and panel presentations, and four plenaries.

Next year's ISHS Conference (2025) will be held face-to-face in Kraków, Poland. Follow www.humorstudies.org for more information. 

Next year's HRC (2025) will be hosted online, February 14-16, 2025. Updates regarding HRC will be posted on this page (tamuc.edu/humor) at a later date.
