The Humor Research Conference is an online student-organized international multidisciplinary all-plenary event dedicated to the study of humor in all its facets. The 15th annual Humor Research Conference (HRC) 2025 will be live-broadcast on the web (February 14th - 16th).
The conference is student-friendly and invites submissions on any topic related to humor studies, including and not limited to literary studies, psychology, folklore, sociology, computer science, and linguistics.

Important Dates/DeadlinesMonday, January 6th - Submission deadline for panels, posters, and workshops.
Monday, January 13th - Acceptance notification.
Friday, February 7th - Deadline for presenters to register.
Friday, February 7th - Deadline to submit final poster recordings.
Wednesday, February 12th - Book Exhibit submission deadline.
All deadlines are by midnight Central Standard Time (UTC/GMT -6 hours).
