Preparing your submission:

For the submission of papers and workshops, each entry requires author information, a title, an abstract with a maximum of 250 words, and optional references and examples, each limited to 200 words.

For the submission of panels, please prepare a document that includes a list of each author, along with the corresponding title and abstract for each paper in your panel.

Recording Presentations - If you are giving a live paper or workshop presentation, you will be asked whether we may record your session for the purpose of sharing it publicly on our HRC YouTube channel (youtube.com/@hrcETAMU) after the conference. Declining to be recorded will not affect the consideration of your proposal for the conference. Please note that all pre-recorded paper and panel presentations are shared publicly by default. If you do not wish your session to be shared publicly, please do not submit a panel or pre-recorded paper presentation.

Before submitting, please review the "Call for Papers" section below.
