Q: Will my instructor know I’ve filled out the course evaluation?

A: No, the evaluation is completely anonymous. Your instructor will only know you filled out the questionnaire if you provide identifying information in the comments area. Instructors do have access to real-time response rates to ensure everyone in their course is capable of taking the survey.

Q: Who do I contact if I have problems with the evaluation?

A: The Office of Academic Technology is the primary contact for problems with the evaluation. You can contact us at Course.Evaluations@tamuc.edu and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
