Advisory Council

The purpose of the Mathematics Advisory Council (MAC) at Texas A&M University-Commerce is to advise the Department of Mathematics on the educational needs, expectations, satisfactions and trends of industries, businesses, and communities in the regions that the university serves. The advice of MAC will assist the Department in enriching and enhancing the curricula of its undergraduate and graduate programs in order to foster quality graduates who are competitive and capable in their careers; strengthen the Department's learning, research, and outreach programs; improve its facilities; expand its base of support; and serve its alumni.
