Lodging Information There are a variety of lodging options near the conference venue.
Of the list below, the only lodging that is affiliated directly with the conference is the "On-Campus Lodging". If you are interested in this option, please read the information carefully.
On-campus lodging (Duren Residence Hall) is booked through the same platform as general conference registration. You can book a dorm room in conjunction with your general conference registration, or you can make these purchases separately.
The dorm room reservation deadline is April 15, 2019. The reservation can be canceled up to 3 weeks before the conference.
What if I want a single?
The dorm room costs $80 per night and you must book it for 6 nights. When you book the room, the form will ask for guest names. If you only list yourself, this will ensure that the room is reserved as a single.
What if I want to share the room?
The dorm room costs $80 per night and you must book it for 6 nights. When you book the room, the form will ask for guest names. You will need to put both your name and the name of the party sharing the room with you. Only one guest must book the room. You will need to work individually with the other guest in splitting the cost of the room.
