As a web-based system, Tk20 can be accessed from a Web browser when connected to the Internet. We recommend using the latest versions of these browsers for optimal use of Tk20
* We recommend using Mozilla Firefox if you work on a Linux® platform.
Tk20 supports the latest versions of multiple browsers to ensure an optimal user experience. As a result, the upcoming release of Tk20 release v8.2 will support Microsoft Edge instead of Internet Explorer 10.
Microsoft released Edge as a replacement to Internet Explorer 10 in September 2015, and new hardware running Windows 10 now includes Edge as the default Web browser.
At this time, we will begin phasing out support for Internet Explorer 10 but will continue to support Internet Explorer 11 until further notice. If a user accesses Tk20 using an outdated version of Internet Explorer, the application will display an alert message encouraging the user to upgrade their browser. This alert currently displays for users on Internet Explorer 9 and below. In Tk20 version 8.2, the alert will display for Internet Explorer version 10 and below.
For more information on updating to the newest browser versions, you may visit the website www.browsehappy.com.
If you have questions about which browser version you are using, you may visit http://thismachine.info/.
