Howdy, my name is Andrew Abbott, and I serve as the Training and Development Coordinator for Human Resources. In my role, I am dedicated to supporting employees by addressing their training needs and ensuring they have the resources to succeed. I manage various aspects of training, from helping with TrainTraq inquiries to coordinating in-person classroom rosters through Develop U. My goal is to make sure that every person, whether it be faculty or staff, has the tools and knowledge they need to thrive in their roles.
