• Original Student
• Substitute Student

Please copy all affected district contacts.

See Section 903 in the UIL Constitution and Contest Rules. This form must be presented to the contest director before the contest begins. At the conclusion of the meet, the contest director must submit the substitution form or letters to the meet director to be filed with the school's original entry information.  Late entries will only be made if approved according to Section 903 for the regional competition.
