Quality Management skills continue to be a hot commodity in the business industry.  To help develop these skills, the College of Business at Texas A&M Commerce has developed a program to award students with a Six Sigma Greenbelt certificate. The certificate program introduces students to the most commonly used quality management tools and then guides students to use those tools on a Six Sigma project. The completion of this program allows students to demonstrate to employers their mastery of six sigma concepts.

Starting January 1, 2019, students must successfully complete MGT 340 Quality Management and Improvement, MGT 591 Quality Management, or MGT 597 Lean Six Sigma to receive the certificate.
