NOTE: Deadlines that say “Last day TDS will accept” require that the document make it to the Graduate School/TDS queue by the deadline. This means that the form must be submitted by the student and have routed through all required approvals in order to be received by TDS. Please allow adequate time for approval when submitting this document.

March 28, 2025 - The last day to hold a a final dissertation defense for Spring 2025 graduates
April 4, 2025 - The last day TDS will accept final thesis or dissertation submissions for Spring 2025 graduation
April 4, 2025 - Deadline to submit master's/specialist comprehensive examination reports for Spring 2025
April 25, 2025 - The last day TDS will accept thesis or dissertation proposal submissions for Spring 2025 approval
May 9, 2025 - Graduation ceremony for graduate students
June 2, 2025 - First day of Summer I 2025 term
June 20, 2025 - The last day to hold a a final dissertation defense for Summer 2025 graduates
June 27, 2025 - The last day TDS will accept final thesis or dissertation submissions for Summer 2025 graduation
