Funding

The Honors College is proud to offer two complementary funding programs for students and faculty designed to expand experiential learning opportunities and career preparedness across the university.

How It Works

The Student Transformative Learning Award and the Honors College Challenge Grants work in tandem to create an enriched learning environment that connects classroom knowledge with real-world applications.

Students

The Student Transformative Learning Award empowers undergraduates to pursue hands-on learning experiences that align with their professional goals, including research projects, internships, and team-based inquiries.

Faculty

The Challenge Grants Grant enables faculty and staff to design or improve experiential learning activities that provide students with high-impact learning opportunities. Faculty-driven initiatives supported by these grants can serve as a foundation for student projects funded by the TLF.

Together, these funding options expand access to unique, career-preparatory experiences, creating a full-circle approach where students and faculty collaborate on transformative learning projects that make a meaningful impact.
