Harry Fullwood
I taught special education in Oklahoma public schools and began teaching at East Texas State University as an Assistant Professor of Special Education in 1968. My principal interests in scholarship and instruction center around secondary and adult individuals with low-incidence special needs. I serve on the board of the Association of Retarded Citizens of Hunt County and am active in community service with this population.
