In this video we are going to look at a couple of accessibility items that you might be interested and be aware of. The first one is eCollege's Accessibility Statement, and the link to their accessibility document. And the other thing we are going to look at is the browser test. This is really important before you ever get into an eCollege course is to make sure that the browser and the type of computer you using is compatible with e-college whether you will have access to everything that's in the course. So first we are going to look at Pearson's Accessibility Statement. So we need to go here to myLeo, and sign in. Enter your CWID and your password and click on login. When you get to this screen you can access to eCollege here at the top or you can go down here under this heading that says "eCollege" and click on "Go To Class". Here we on the eCollege homepage and we scroll down, and here under the "Students With Disability" headings, we see Pearson eCollege Commitment. And then if you click on this link this will take you to their accessibility statement. So let's scroll back up, click on the 'my courses' tab, and then here at the top where it says 'browser test' need to click browser test. And the screen is open and then we click on 'browser test' again. And then it will give us the report telling us that everything looks good. If any of these have red X's beside them that will let you know that there is an issue with your browser so might want to look into downloading a different browser.
