All screening, assessment, and psychotherapeutic services are offered on a sliding scale fee with evidence of financial need provided at the first appointment. Evidence of need includes first page of most recent tax filing or other financial documents. Sliding scale is based on gross annual income and number of dependents.

We are unable to provide the following services:

Emergency appointments

On-site psychiatric evaluations or medication management

Child custody evaluations or psychological evaluations in cases involving litigation

The clinic is not a crisis center and not equipped to meet the needs of individuals who require 24-hour support. If the clinic is not able to meet an individual’s needs, she/he will be referred to a treatment center better able to assist her/him.

Prior to the first appointment, clients are asked to complete the Life History Questionnaire for him/her self or for a child (links below). If unable to complete the form, it can be completed in-person prior to the first session.

The clinic is typically open three days of the week.  Please be aware that assessment typically takes 2-3 days, but can be longer in some cases.  If the client is under the age of 18 the parent or legal guardian must stay at the clinic during the assessment. For an assessment, the process takes 4-8 weeks to receive the full results.

The clinic is not accessible from the Binnion Hall entrance on Education Drive. To enter the clinic, enter our building where Henderson Hall (B19) and Binnion Hall (B5) are joined together off of Monroe & Lee Street. There are sliding glass doors at that entrance next to the back of Campus PD. When you enter the sliding door go to the right and the waiting room BN 101 will be on the left.

A campus map, driving directions, and visitor parking pass are linked below. You may print the parking pass and put it in your vehicle. Printed passes are also available in the clinic office.
