Don't you receive funding from the Texas A&M University System? Can't they help out more?

Since becoming a state owned institution in 1917, we have had the same 3 sources of income.  Our funds come from students, the legislature and benevolence.  Our being a part of the Texas A&M University System brings no money from College Station to Commerce to support our students.

May I choose where my donation goes?

Yes!  Please click here for further information on how to become a donor.

May I spread my donation out over time?

Gifts may be made annually, each month, or over a designated time period with a Letter of Intent.

My gift of $10, $50 or $100 would be a drop in the bucket. Will it really make a difference?

Every gift makes a difference and your gift can accomplish much more than you think. A&M-Commerce has over 80,000 living alumni. If all alumni gave $50 per year, that $4 million would create life-changing opportunities for students!

How much does it cost to attend Texas A&M University-Commerce?

Since it was established in 1889, A&M-Commerce has prided itself on being accessible and affordable to those seeking a first-rate education. For Texas residents, tuition and fees for one semester are $3,101 for a 12-hour course load. Tuition and fees plus room, board, and books add up to approximately $8,045 per semester.

Who invests my endowed funds?

All endowed funds are deposited through the Texas A&M University-Commerce Foundation but are managed by The Texas A&M University System.

What is the relationship between the university and the A&M-Commerce Foundation?

The Foundation has a Board of Directors who work in partnership with A&M-Commerce to serve the university’s mission by raising private funds.
