The Administrative Offices of Texas A&M University-Commerce are the heartbeat of our campus. Dedication to assuring a quality educational experience for all students is their ongoing mission. There are six offices within the administration which are staffed by experienced professionals who are focused on maintaining the highest quality in their areas of expertise:

Office of the President

The President and CEO of Texas A&M University-Commerce is Dr. Mark Rudin.

Office of the Provost & Vice President for Academic & Student Affairs

The mission of the Provost's office is to oversee the academic departments and ensure the highest quality of education.

Office of the Vice President for Finance & Administration

It is the responsibility of the Office of Business & Administration to manage the facilities and finances of A&M-Commerce.

Office of the Vice President for Institutional Advancement

Alumni Relations, and fundraising efforts all fall under the Office of Institutional Advancement.

Office of the Vice President for Media Relations & Community Engagement

Student Recruitment, KETR, Marketing Communications, and Community Engagement are all housed under Media Relations & Community Engagement.

Office of the Vice President for Enrollment Management

The mission of the Enrollment Management & Retention Division is to effectively recruit, enroll, and retain a diverse student body at Texas A&M University-Commerce.

Office of the Dean of Students

The Division of Campus Life and Student Development promotes a culture of intellectual exploration and inclusion by facilitating student-centered programming, developing student leaders and global citizens, and providing services and facilities designed to encourage continued learning outside of the classroom.
